Ingredienti

  • 3 cups 00 flour
  • 1 cup cold butter
  • 1+¼ cups white sugar
  • 2+½ cups chopped almonds
  • 2 big eggs
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tsp baking power
  • ¾ cup cranberry jam

Istruzioni

  • Beat the butter with the sugar, add the chopped almonds, the eggs, the flour, the cinnamon and the baking powder
  • Roll 2/3 of the dough
  • Put the rolled dough in a buttered pan of about 24 cm
  • Pre heat the oven at 180°
  • Put the jam over the dough
  • With the remaining dough prepare some decorations to put on the top of the cake
  • Bake for about 45 minutes
