Royal Icing

  • 2 Cups Powdered sugar
  • 1 Egg white
  • ¼ Tablespoon Lemon juice


  • Beat the sugar with the egg white, then add the lemon juice
  • Let the mixer run on medium speed until stiff peaks form and the icing loses some of it’s glossiness, about 7-10 minutes
  • Put the Royal Icing in a piping Bag with Wilton Tip
  • Decorate the cookies
